Hi all [still having to log on as a guest] I know we cant nightfish petty pool at the moment ,have we ever been able to ?

no (only if you are member of closed shop carp syndicate) my little niggle. you cannot fish there at all till june if you had been on the work party's you could night fish there for the month of may. have a look at my thread is (there any body there) on association info . it was my lad who had 4 pound eel last year

Can I do workparties this year to qualify to nightfish pettypool next year,as I want to join my own closed shop eel syndicate ?

you seem far to polite to be in any closed shop syndicate, you need to 1 be able to keep a secret 2 be able to shun your fellow angler 3 wear only designer camo clothing 4 exaggerate size of your fish 5 be able & willing to cast over as many swimms as possible . but if you can meet these recquirements you may be able to open a closed shop syndicate, may be better to call it closed shop angling syndicate then more can join and will not be singled out stereo typed & ridiculed. i would join and 1 or 2 friends.
